Welcome to HiloMarijuana.Clinic (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
HiloMarijuana.Clinic is an information and marketing website. We provide general information about Hawaii's Medical Cannabis Registry Program ("329 program") and facilitate access to third-party telehealth booking services. This Site does not provide medical services, issue certifications or 329 cards, render clinical advice, or participate in any clinical decision-making.
We are not a medical practice, pharmacy, dispensary, or healthcare provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH), the Office of Medical Cannabis Control and Regulation (OMCCR), or any government agency.
All appointment scheduling services are facilitated through Acuity Scheduling, an independent third-party booking platform. All clinical services are provided solely by independent Hawaii-licensed physicians (MD or DO) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) who are not employees, agents, or representatives of this Site.
When you book an appointment through this Site, you are scheduling with an independent, third-party Hawaii-licensed physician (MD or DO) or APRN registered with the DOH Office of Medical Cannabis Control and Regulation. These providers are solely responsible for:
We do not supervise, direct, credential, control, or employ any provider. No provider–patient relationship exists between you and HiloMarijuana.Clinic.
We do not guarantee that a provider will certify you, that the DOH will approve your 329 card application, or that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price. Certification decisions are made solely by the independent provider. Registry approval decisions are made solely by the DOH.
Use of this Site is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older and who are Hawaii residents with a qualifying condition under Hawaii's Medical Cannabis Registry Program. Consult the DOH Medical Cannabis Registry page for current eligibility rules, including the named debilitating conditions list, the Primary Treating Medical Provider pathway for other conditions, and provisions for minor patients with a registered caregiver.
Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy disclosed at booking and/or the independent provider's posted policy.
The $38.50 Hawaii DOH registration fee is paid directly to the state at medmj.ehawaii.gov — not to this Site. That fee and its refund eligibility are governed entirely by DOH policy. The clinic consultation fee paid at booking is the only fee collected by this platform.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this Site up to date. Always verify program details at the DOH Medical Cannabis Registry page. Contact DOH at 808-733-2177 (Mon–Fri 8:30am–3:30pm HST) for program questions.

HiloMarijuana.Clinic is not a medical provider. All clinical services are provided solely by independent Hawaii-licensed physicians or APRNs responsible for their own professional conduct and compliance with HRS Chapter 329 and HAR 11-160.
Medical cannabis may not be appropriate for all individuals. A Hawaii-licensed physician or APRN evaluation is required to determine eligibility under Hawaii's qualifying conditions framework — either the named debilitating conditions list under HRS Section 329-121, or, for other conditions, certification by your Primary Treating Medical Provider under Act 241, SLH 2025. Discuss all risks with your provider before beginning any new treatment.
Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law regardless of Hawaii state authorization. Use may affect federal employment, housing assistance, firearms ownership, immigration status, and military service. Health insurance does not cover medical cannabis costs. Inter-island transport of cannabis is prohibited under HRS Section 329-122, even for registered patients. For current program details visit the DOH Medical Cannabis Registry page or call 808-733-2177 (Mon–Fri 8:30am–3:30pm HST).
HiloMarijuana.Clinic is an information and marketing website. We may receive compensation from Hawaii-licensed physicians, APRNs, and telehealth booking services for advertising and marketing services. Such compensation is not based on the provision of medical services, patient outcomes, or certification decisions.
Nothing on this Site should be construed as a direction, recommendation, or endorsement of any particular provider or telehealth service.
By using this Site, you acknowledge that HiloMarijuana.Clinic is designed for residents of Hawaii, where the Medical Cannabis Registry Program is in place under HRS Chapter 329. Cannabis is a Schedule I substance under the United States Controlled Substances Act. Transporting cannabis across state lines — and between Hawaiian islands, per HRS Section 329-122 — is prohibited.
